You approve the scope. We build the site on a private staging URL. You watch real progress, not mockups. Two rounds of revisions baked into the price. Briefs received Friday usually launch the following week.

Briefs received by Friday kick off the following Monday. Most Workshop builds ship in 2-4 weeks, with a first preview live the same week you brief us. Hard deadline? Tell us up front.

Yes, on request. If you want to manage your own content updates, just tell us during the brief. We'll architect the site with the editable fields you actually need (copy, images, hours, team members, menu items, whatever fits your business) and hand off plain-English documentation showing exactly how to edit each one. If you'd rather not touch the site at all, we skip the self-edit setup and you buy a 2-hour Support Block ($150) when you need a change. Either way works. No retainer required.
